#Blog4MH May 2017
Karen Copeland (Champions for Community Mental Wellness) and Jasmine Rakhra (Mental Health Advocate and Speaker) are once again co-hosting the 2017 edition of the #Blog4MH challenge. The challenge will take place during the month of May 2017. What you need to know:
1. This is a Personal Challenge. You may find it challenging to blog every day for 4 weeks, or 1 blog post per week may be challenging for you. YOU decide on your personal challenge (but make it something that will, indeed be a challenge for you personally). State your personal goal in the survey form below. We are usually more successful when we state it for everyone to see!
2. To help encourage each other, it would be great for each of us to make a commitment to comment on the blogs that are posted. While we all know how busy this time of year can be, again, this may be another personal goal. You might challenge yourself to read and respond to 2 blogs each day (or 5 or 10...) this is completely up to you. Remember though, that the more you comment on other people's blogs, the more likely they will comment on yours. Commenting matters!
3. We'd like a commitment to sharing out each others posts. Make our voices heard across social media! A spreadsheet will be created and posted that contains information about who is participating, their blog address and social media channels.
When publishing and sharing posts for this challenge, please use the identifier #Blog4MH
