Please note 2022 rates for Metro Seattle and King County (within a 20-mile radius) event locations also includes virtual/online platforms. Due to COVID restrictions, the Artist prefers virtual meetings and online event location, if possible, at this time. Virtual meetings or in-person require the same amount of preparation and actual day of event needs, but provides a safer and healthier forum for all parties for the good of public health.

If the requesting party is certain that only hosting & or performance is required of the Artist, then the minimum fee is applied.

Generally, the Artist will commit to 1-2 event meeting(s) prior to said event (included with each fee level). This includes check-in at day of event, typically 30-minutes or 1-hour prior to said event, and may include a post-event check-in at the discretion of both parties.

However, if more attendance at meetings are required of the Artist, an additional fee ($250 flat fee) will be applied for the service. In the event the Artist is required to participate further and outside of the usual preparations for event organizing, coordination and consulting, an additional fee ($250 flat fee) will be applied for the service. This includes, but is not limited to information related to script, timeline, venue/location, virtual platform, fundraising tool, and special requests for performances and/or costume.

Booking Fee (In Town, Metro Seattle, King County including virtual format) Please note that the Corporate and Nonprofit Rate consist of, but to limited to traditional hosting/emceeing or panels/speaking engagements. Auction duties &/or similar duties maybe requested and this can easily be added with a $250 fee for the required time and skill upon mutual agreement. In the event of a cancellation: If the Requesting Individual/Party cancels within 1 week of the scheduled event without reasonable consideration, the agreed upon fee is charged at 50% to compensate for the preparation by the Artist for said event. *
