Terror Backer Donation Request
Please fill out this form to request a Terror Backer donation. 

Grant requests have a $1000 limit per team, per our bylaws. However, if your grant benefits multiple teams, please contact those coaches for input prior to making the request, and we can allocate equally the item from each team's grant request limit, in the case the coach agrees and will benefit from this item. Grant requests will be reviewed bi-weekly, A coach or team representative must be present at our general membership meeting in order to hold a vote on your request. After review, you will receive a determination of what we are able to donate and in what amount by email. We will contact you if any further information is needed.

  • Promoting enthusiasm and sportsmanship.

  • Creating a positive experience for the students and community of Appleton West.

  • Contributing financial support to athletic programs at Appleton West.
