REGISTER HERE for Prek-4th (Co-Ed) T-ball/Baseball.  

These are non-travel "house league" teams that learn the fundamentals of the baseball/softball.  We will have in house scrimmages as the near the end of the season.

TO REGISTER: Complete and submit HERE to register on line.   Please submit a separate form for each child you wish to register.

Registration fee is $30/player ($35 if paid after 4/15/2021).  Checks payable to PARC.  Registration fees cover cost of player shirt, hat, pictures and ice-cream social at the end of the season.  Financial scholarships avail to those in need.  Indicate request in comments below.

Note: To help keep our registrations fees low, we have decided to use the same shirt for all youth sports - baseball/softball, soccer, and basketball.  Shirts will be numbered, players will not be able to select their number, players will only receive their shirt once registration fees are paid).  Since we plan on using the same shirt for multiple sports, you may want to order the next size up to allow for growing athletes.

Parental Consent
I, the parent or guardian of the above named player, hereby give my permission for him/her to participate in the Parishville Area Recreation Club (PARC), Inc. program for the Spring 2021 season.  I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation.  This includes emergency transportation from all activities in the event of an injury to the above named child.  I hereby waive, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless PARC in such an event.

I understand that it is the expectation of PARC that a parent / guardian will be present for ALL practices and games in which my child is participating.  

I understand that it is up to the discretion of the coach and/or organizers to determine when behavior is unsuitable for the playing field, and if necessary, offender(s) will be asked to leave.  The privilege to play may be revoked for the rest of the season.
