Deposit Notification Form
We want to make sure any money donated to your project is deposited in your account with us and is accounted for properly. Because we allow you to use just about any donation platform you prefer, we have money coming in from a wide variety of sources, not all of which is tagged/identified as being for your project on the incoming bank statement that we receive.

For example, we may see a payment of $20 arrive in our bank account on July 2, 2018 from Stripe, but this is all it will say. Meaning, we won't know it's for your project unless you tell us. The same is true if you choose to make a deposit into SGF's CHASE Bank account yourself: you need to make sure we know it is for your project!

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE WE ARE AWARE OF ANY DONATIONS COMING TO US FOR YOUR PROJECT.

You DO NOT need to use this form for any donations received through Flipcause or WE DID IT if we set it up for you.

You should only use this form to notify us of deposits that have been made or are pending/immanent. If you would like to notify us of grants that have been awarded, please contact socialgood@socialgoodfund.org.
