Hello! This form is a pre-order for all events I'll be attending! Choose the event you are ordering for in the form below.

All invoicing will be sent via PayPal in US dollars.
All books will remain unsigned until you pick them up from my table. At that time books will be signed and personalized.
Books not picked up by the end of the event will be cancelled without refund. With prior communication it will be arranged for books to be shipped.
Pre-orders will end two weeks before event date.
