The Evaluation Meeting will consist of three parallel parts: post-arrival meeting for campleaders, post-arrival meeting for participants of workcamps and ESC projects, and post-arrival meeting for volunteers from projects in the countries of Global South (Cycle of Global Volunteering).
To apply please fill in the application form below. After being accepted, you will be asked to send a participation deposit to the INEX account:

In order to collect the deposit back, you will have to deliver all tickets for travel reimbursement and fill in the participant report, which you will receive by email after the activity.
Please keep in mind that by submitting the application, we consider your participation confirmed. If you are unable to take part, let us know as soon as possible. The number of available spots is limited, so if interest exceeds capacity, we may not be able to invite everyone. In that case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
