TERMS FOR 2024:

Pack In - Large item pack-in (tents, trestle tables, gazebos etc) need to be set up the night before. Security will be provided over-night.

Pack Down – please ensure your stall is open for business from 10am to 4pm and nothing is removed prior to 4pm.

Weather – whilst hopeful for a sunny day, we will be planning to operate in all weather conditions. Please ensure your own tents/gazebo's are durable and adequately fixed.

Unsuccessful applicants will receive a full refund.

I agree that I am responsible for my own insurance for all products to be sold at The Christmas Country Fete, including any equipment and incidentals required by me.  In no event shall The Christmas Country Fete Limited be liable for any indirect, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of revenue, profits, sales or other economic advantage. I understand that if I want Public Liability Insurance I will need to organise this myself.
