Custom training plan:
I take the time to get to know you, your running and athletic background and build a detailed plan tailored to you to help you have a successful, goal achieving race. You will receive a PDF of the weekly miles and breakdown of your runs day by day. You will also receive a Running Form PDF of tips to be able to apply to your running immediately to improve your running economy and performance. Once I have sent you your plan, we will set up and 15min call to go over any questions you may have before getting started (this call is optional, you may choose to opt out of the call if you choose.)

Custom training plans:
Marathon: $97.50
Marathon + strength training: $122.50
Half marathon: $75.50
Half marathon + strength training: $90.50
5k or 10k: $47.50
5k or 10k + strength training: $62.50


Coaching:
With coaching, you will have full access to me for guidance and accountability. Your plan custom plan will be delivered to you through an app called Final Surge (similar to Training Peaks.) With this app, I have access to see all of your runs, paces, workouts, etc when you sync your Garmin Connect or Strava. We can make changes to your plan at anytime for any reason (sickness or when something gets in the way.) You will have unlimited communication with me via text if something were to come up, questions, concerns, triumphs, etc. and I respond promptly. I provide you with pre- and post-run exercises and stretches as well as pre- and post-run nutrition guidance and recommendations.

Coaching packages :
I offer both monthly and race specific packages. Both have their own benefits, monthly provides you the ability to have multiple race goals and/or one large, long term goal you want to work toward. The race specific packages are perfect for when you have one specific race in mind.
