After registration, an invoice will be sent on paypal, which you may pay via credit card or any payment method Paypal accepts. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please contact Chris Crowley.
Electronic materials will be provided to each attendee. If a minimum number of attendees have not registered by November 15th, event will be cancelled and full enrollment payment will be refunded. Travel fees will not be refunded in the event of class cancellation.
Payment must be received in advance of beginning to attend class.
Early payment, before October 31st: $3,000. After October 31st, $4,000.
