Family Weekend Committee Application 2017-2018
It is the mission of Family Weekend Committee to serve the students as well as the parents of Texas A&M by providing a weekend of thanks to the parents of Texas A&M University. This is done through a number of events that show the parents of Texas A&M what Aggieland is all about. The events are scheduled both by our committee and the other organizations of Texas A&M University. We strive to facilitate these events in order to please students and parents of A&M.

Application Process and Dates:
Monday, September 4th: Family Weekend Committee Informational @ 8:30 pm in Rudder 410
Tuesday, September 12th: Application due by 11:59 pm
Friday, September 15th and Sunday, September 17th: Interview days
Tuesday, September 19th: Selection letters go out
Thursday, September 21st: First Committee Meeting @ 7:30 - 8:30 pm Location: TBD
Thursday, September 28th: Second Committee Meeting @ 7:30 - 8:30 pm Location: TBD
Friday, September 29th: Parents of the Year Banquet @ 7 pm

*Interviews: When we receive your application, you will be sent an email containing a doodle form to fill out your availability to interview. If selected, we will schedule your interview according to the doodle. If you do not fill this out by the time applications are due, you will not be selected. Not everyone who applies will be selected for an interview.
