Please complete the following form in order to volunteer for the upcoming 2025-2026 VMHA Representative Hockey assessments. Please ensure your qualifications are up to date (Spordle Account). If you have players in different divisions, please complete the form multiple times.

Please note, we will do our best in assigning volunteers. Based on the number of respondents and credentials, we cannot guarantee you a volunteer position.
