Thank you for taking the time to complete Amplify Arts' Artist Survey! It should take you about 10-15 minutes.
At Amplify Arts, we envision an Omaha where artists collaborate, work across disciplines, and thrive in their respective practices. To move closer toward realizing that vision we, and many others, are working hard to make critical, logistical, and financial support available to Omaha area artists. To help keep us on track we need to hear from you! By participating in this anonymous survey and telling us what you need, you’ll be helping Amplify, and ultimately our community, better support artists.
What we want to learn: -How artists in Omaha value their work and define "success"
-What opportunities are meaningful to artists in Omaha
-What resources artists in Omaha need to thrive
-How artists in Omaha contribute to building community

-Use data to better advocate for Omaha-area artists
Before you take the survey, we want to make sure you understand that we take matters of privacy and confidentiality very seriously. Your answers are anonymous and all individual records will be kept private. Data will be stored securely and only Amplify staff will have access to the records. Our goal is to get a picture of the artist community as a whole. Aggregate data may be used in marketing materials. We will not use any individual data in any written materials. Participation in this survey is voluntary. Your decision whether or not to participate will not affect your current or future relations with Amplify Arts.
