2026 KGTC Advocacy Award Nominations
Nominations are due by Friday, September 18, 2026, so that awards can be shared during the KGTC Annual Convention on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS.

Guidelines
Nominees should be individuals who or a group that has gone above and beyond in their support for gifted students and their teachers and parents in Kansas and/or who made a significant contribution to gifted education. An individual may not be awarded any single award more than once. A committee of current KGTC board members will select the winners with final approval from the President-Elect. The number of awards given each year is at the discretion of the Award Committee, depending on the number and quality of nominees.
