REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMMITTING an APPLICATION TO COACH

• Current AYSO Volunteer Application Form on file

• Be an active participant in the Region’s standard primary program as an instructor,

coach or referee mentor, or other volunteer service the Region determined adequate to

fulfill this requirement

• Be in good standing with the Region, Area, Section, and AYSO

• Certified as an AYSO Regional Referee (or above)

• AYSO Safe Haven Certification

• 2 Years minimum coaching experience

• Compliant with training requirements for age of team being applied for per National and

Region 47 Guidelines:

U-09 through U-12 Coach Intermediate ; U-14—Advanced
Consideration will be determined based on a case by case circumstance.
