Parents: Please know that this option is for your son/daughter to learn virtually for the fourth quarter. Once this form is filled out, it will be under review by the administration. Once the request has been reviewed, a member of the administration will be in touch with you. Please do not assume your child is approved to be online without hearing from us. All students must report to school in person until their request has been verified.
