Please complete this form before the first class. All students MUST BE registered and paid in full to attend their first class. Scholarships are available. You can apply online using the scholarship application link: https://forms.gle/3vkwpGQ1G8xyDT2c8. Be sure to include any important contact updates here as well. Once you complete this form, you will receive a confirmation email with class payment instructions. PLEASE NOTE: This is not an automated email, so it may take several hours before receiving it.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't see the class listed, it means it is FULL. Class sizes are limited to 6-8 students. You can choose "WAITING LIST" and then let us know in "OTHER" which class(es) you were interested in. Thank you! We look forward to moving with you safely!
