Welcome to the Spring Hookahville Vendor Registration Form. VENDING REGISTRATION CLOSES MAY 1 at Midnight.

We are accepting submission for merchandise vendors on a first come first serve basis until closed.

Please complete the form and you will be entered into our system to request vending at Spring Hookahville 2019. This form will notify us of your intent and to provide information that will hold your place in the queue by timestamping your request. It is the best method to lock in your booth or walking pass at this time, please contact hookahville@alchemyhouse.com, if you have questions.

REGISTRATION FEES* - OPEN for MERCHANDISE/CRAFT

Vendors row MERCHANDISE 10x10 Booth: (includes 2 tickets and electric hook up): $300.00 if registration and full payment is received after March 15 but before April 15, 2019 and paid online.

Vendors row SPECIALTY FOOD / DRINK (Single or limited items) - OPEN 10x20 Booth: (includes 3 tickets and electric hook up): $450.00 if registration and full payment is received by April 15, 2019 and paid online.

SOLD OUT - Vendors row FULL FOOD MENU / DRINKS - CLOSED 20x20 Booth: (includes 4 tickets and electric hook up): $1000.00 if registration and full payment is received by March 1, 2019 and paid online. We only have 4 Food Slots.

LATE REGISTRATION FEES*

Vendors row MERCHANDISE 10x10 Booth: (includes 2 tickets and electric hook up): $400.00 if registration and full payment is received after April 15, 2019 and paid online. If you want until Gate to secure your spot, we may not have space.

Vendors row SPECIALTY FOOD / DRINK (Single or limited items) - 10x20 Booth: (includes 3 tickets and electric hook up): $500 if registration and full payment is received after April 15, 2019 and paid online. We only have 2 Slots.

ALL VENDING SELECTION WILL BE CLOSED by May 1, 2019.
NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

OTHER / Extras*:
$65 Extra Worker Pass** / Before May 1, 2019
$65 Walking Pass (1 Pass - You may purchase at the gate, if available, for $75 and must have paid for GA/VIP tix)
$125 for Extra 10x10 deep for merchandise vendors
$150 for Extra 20x10 frontage for merchandise vendors
$200 for 20x20 for merchandise vendors in addition to the Registration fee above.

Vending Includes:
2 General Admission Passes to Event for Merchandise Sales-includes camping and 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)
4 General Admission Passes to Event for Food Sales-includes camping and 1 vehicle pass (inside the arena)

Payment confirms your commitment to participate. Please submit carefully and ensure you are able to vend at the event. This is a nonrefundable, rain or shine event and once your slot is registered and confirmed, we cannot offer it to someone else.

By submitting this form, it does not guarantee that you will be selected to Vend. Spots are limited and we only have so many that we can offer.

* For all online or credit card payments there is a 3.5% processing fee added to the total.
