Please complete this form to give GPA HQ the necessary information to setup your event. Form must be completed and submitted at least two weeks prior to when you need registration open. If you have any questions, send an email to staff@grantprofessionals.org

GPA HQ is willing to read over any contracts your chapter is required to sign. Send it to staff@grantprofessionals.org and we will review and return it to you within 48 hours.
