The Annex September Activities Sign Up
Thanks for your interest in the programs at The Annex! Please fill out the form below to register for each workshop or activity you are planning on attending. 

Some workshops will have a limited class size. You will be notified if you are put on the waitlist. 

If you are registering a child (younger than 13 years old), please note that they will need to be accompanied by an adult for all activities. They cannot be dropped off!

If you a registering more than one person, please submit multiple forms. If you need to change your response later on, you will be allowed to do so.

Class Waitlist Policy
All class sign-ups are first come first serve. If you add your name to the list, we will save your spot! We will send you a reminder email the day before the event, so if your plans have changed and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know! We will hopefully have another community member able to take that spot. 

Walk-ins are always welcome, although the event may be too full for more participants. So if you see that we are open, please come on inside and we will check with the instructor to see if there is room for one more participant. If not, we have other areas in The Annex for you to explore your creativity with art materials.
