Soal Wellness and iMoveHealth are coming together to share with you useful tips to get you squatting without pain, and without limits. We want to teach you to reduce pain and inflammation, optimize recovery and maximize muscle growth. This will range from technique and mobility demands to nutrition and will be guided, in part, by your needs and your questions.
