This form will take you about 5-10 minutes and is the first step to becoming a member of the Wellington Timebank. 

NOTE: To complete this form you will need two personal referees & their contact details (phone number & email address). 

Following the completion of this form you will be asked to:

• Read and agree to our Code or Conduct
• Complete a Ministry of Justice criminal conviction history check
  NOTE: This will require you to have a current photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license (or a kiwiaccess card if you do not have either of these) that you can upload, internet access, and a device that will enable you to digitally capture your signature using a touchscreen or mouse.
• Attend an in-person introduction to Timebanking session
• Consider making a donation to the Wellington Timebank
