Notification of acceptance will be within 1-2 weeks after receiving ALL requirements for entry.
Acceptance or non acceptance will be determined by the committee members and is determined by quality of work, items sold. Items of similar type, such as jewelry, will be determined on date of completed entry. With this we hope to maintain a nice balance of different booths.
A completed entry includes: this form, check and photos as requested. Note for plein air painters only: no check is required, photos still required.
Details for check-in will be sent via email approximately 1-2 weeks before event.
