Please provide the indicated information below. We publish anniversaries and birthdays (not age) in the monthly club newsletter. This is a family membership. The dues are $20/year (1 year free membership when you solo). We award scholarships/sponsorships annually. You can pay with cash or check ($20 in-person at the next monthly meeting) or by credit card ($21.23 securely via PayPal - no PayPal account needed) after this form is submitted.

This form is intended for new members, previous members who haven't paid dues for more than one year, and current members who need to update their information.

You will receive a welcome flyer with links to our newsletter and calendar of events when you join. Our meetings and monthly get-togethers are at the clubhouse at 6:00 pm central time. The monthly dinner main course is provided by the club and/or the host and we ask that you bring a side dish or dessert. Children are always welcome to attend all events!
