Chef Gary Bowlsbey will lead a demonstration of making a naturally gluten-free, cauliflower pizza from scratch.

This is a great opportunity to learn how to think creatively about how to make easy, healthy food options.

The hands-on class will take place 11 to 1 on March 23 in Café Vivian.
