Vendors need to arrive on site no later than 1 p.m and be set up by 4 p.m. on Friday. Main gate opens to the public at 2 p.m. Vendors may arrive any time after 11 a.m. on Friday June 19th 2020.
Rain or Shine Event.

Parking and camping is available but you may not park with your booth.Parking for food vendors is directly behind your area. Set up for craft vendors will require a short walk to the vending area. Limited space available to camp with your booth, smaller tents should be fine. Larger camping space will be available just a few yards away for vendors if you choose. You must plan for your merchandise to be on site from Friday afternoon until late Saturday or longer. Sunday check out for the public is 4 p.m. We will have security on site.

There is no access to electricity or running water.
Craft vendors will need battery operated lights for their booths.
Food vendors will need generators and propane for cooking etc.

Kettle Jam is not liable for vendors merchandise and property.
Vendors must provide valid insurance & licensing information.

We are only accepting 10 Craft Vendors and only 2 hot food vendors in order to promote high sales.
Expected attendance 500 to 800.

***FEES

*Craft Vendors are offered a 12x12 booth space centrally located in the stage area, under shade, with high traffic and visibility.
Craft Vendor Fee $85.00 ( for up to 3 staff) $15.00 per extra person/employee.

*Food Vendors will be located between camping and the stage area with high traffic and visibility. Vehicle parking nearby.
Food Vendor Fee $125.00 (for up to 4 staff) $20.00 per extra person/employee. Food must have proper authorization/certification to handle food in Delaware.

*Applications will be reviewed and you will have an answer no later than March 15, 2020. Upon approval you will need to pay a non refundable deposit within 2 weeks, Payment in full no later then April 20,2020. Payments sent to Lisa R. Sipple 1011 Massey Church Road Smyrna, De. 19977
*Note - we have extended the application deadline until April 15th. Upon approval a deposit of half will be due in 2 weeks , all fees to be paid in full April 31. 2020. Your deposit is your "contract". We are negotiable at this time with payment days so please email if you have any questions.
