Freedom of Information (FOI) Request Form
Dear FOI Requestors,
The wait is over!
We are pleased to inform you that the electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) Portal is now fully operational!
Moving forward, all FOI requests must be submitted through the eFOI Portal, which can be accessed at www.foi.gov.ph.
Please note that all FOI requests received until 19 June 2025 via the Google Form (bit.ly/FOIREQUESTFORM) will continue to be processed by the appropriate agencies after endorsement by the Freedom of Information – Program Management Office, in accordance with the procedures and timelines outlined in PCO Memorandum Circular No. 24-002.
Furthermore, all pending FOI requests submitted to the eFOI Portal before 17 March 2025 will still be processed by the concerned government agencies within 35 working days, without prejudice to eFOI requests received through the Google Form.
