Have you ever wondered which exercise approach is right for you? Here's your chance to try out five different training programs and see for yourself which exercises are best suited for you. Each class offers a different approach with a host of health benefits.
Classes will be held on Saturdays throughout the 11-week challenge with the exception of 3/24.

Our training partners have donated their time, resources, and expertise to helping more people find healthier, stronger lives so we want to make sure that their time isn't wasted.
