We are in need of volunteer facilitators for our virtual & in-person peer-support meetings. Facilitators are the heart of our meetings as they are essential to keeping and leading a safe space for all our members, both new and old.

We are in need of facilitators for the following: 

• Trans-Feminine

• Trans-Masculine

• Gender Expansive

• SOFFAs (significant others, friends, family, and Allies)
  

If you identify with any of the identities listed, you can very well be a facilitator! How does that process look?

Step One: Sign up here
Step Two: TSAZ will reach out to you to confirm interest * schedule a 1hr training (virtual or in-person)

Step Three: Attend Training

Step Four: Sign Volunteer Agreement

Step Five: Get out there! 

What's the commitment?

Volunteers are only in a 6 month term with TSAZ, therefore after 6 months you can decide if you’d like to return! But there are no minimum hour requirements during your term.

You decide what meetings you want/can attend to facilitate. 

What if I’m new to TSAZ?

We require that you have had at least three(3) meetings with us before moving forward in the process of being a volunteer facilitator. You are still more than welcome to sign up using the link above so we know your interest and can look out for you!

Trans-Spectrum of Arizona (TSAZ), a 501(c)(3) in Phoenix, Arizona. TSAZ is a 100% volunteer run organization which serves our local transgender and gender expansive community as well as their SOFFA's with peer support & various other resources within the Greater Phoenix area.
