FBW Survey: Hoboken Garage B Redevelopment

On March 19, the Hoboken City Council will decide the fate of the Garage B Redevelopment Ordinance. For the block bounded by First, Second, Hudson and River Streets, this measure would allow for 25-story buildings in a zoning district currently limiting heights to 5 stories. The redevelopment plan allows for the rebuilding of the massive 810-car parking garage that has come to the end of its useful life, as well as the construction of workforce and affordable housing. FBW will present the results of this survey to the City Council. Your answers to the following questions will help inform City officials in their decision to approve or reject this plan.
