Members of USA Hockey MUST report to the U.S. Center of SafeSport Conduct of which they become aware that could constitute (a) sexual misconduct (b) misconduct that is reasonably related to the underlying allegation of sexual misconduct and (c) retaliation related to an allegation of sexual misconduct. 

Members of the Spirit Warriors Hockey Program MUST inform the CEO. President, or Player Representative if they have been convicted or are being accused of (a) sexual misconduct (b) misconduct that is reasonably related to the underlying allegation of sexual misconduct and (c) retaliation related to an allegation of sexual misconduct.
