The Davidson County Education Foundation seeks to provide summer camp scholarships for middle and high school students in Davidson County who wish to attend academically/artistically enriching camps. The goal is to extend DCEF’s tradition of innovative, student-centered support into meaningful summer experiences that deepen learning, creativity, and leadership.
The opportunity is targeted for students in Grades 7–11 in Davidson County middle and high schools. Up to eight grants with a
maximum amount of $400.00 may be awarded to offset tuition, fees, and necessary materials or travel related to an approved summer camp. The camp must clearly enrich the student academically (e.g., STEM, humanities, language, college–prep) or artistically (e.g., music, visual arts, theatre, dance).
