Form Title
This is the application form to submit works into the Artsville Fest / ArtLink Art Gala that will be held Oct 3rd, 2024. This show will be apart of the 2024 Artsville festival. This Art Gala is open to all amateur artists. Works must be original 2-Dimensional work including paintings in all media, illustration, collage, digital prints, photography, printmaking and 3D sculpture. Overall size including frame should not exceed 20"x24". Work must be ready to hang with wire. No saw-tooth hangers accepted. The works do not require matting.

Entry fee is  $25 non-refundable and must be paid by the deadline and does not guarantee acceptance into the show. This is a juried art show. The judging will be by age categories.

Works may be for sale during the show. We encourage sales at the show but it is not required. Artists who sell works will be charged a 20% commission to ArtLink.

For entrants 13 and under, please have a parent or guardian fill out this form on behalf of the entrant.

You will be notified by email regarding opportunities once we have received and reviewed all requests. DEADLINE for late submissions is Sept 1, 2024.

Early submissions begins March 1, 2024 through June 1 2024
These submissions will upon approval be added to the live digital galleries on social media and www.artsvillefest.com for early voting opportunities. 
As submissions are approved they will automatically be uploaded to the live digital galleries. You must have included your actual piece of art for your piece to be put into the live digital galleries. 

You can submit without a finished work. You have until the deadline of Sept 1 2024 to submit your actual work to be included into the live galleries for voting and in the walk through gallery at Sanctuary on Main on Oct 3rd 2024 as well.

Artwork Specs: All art work must be within the medium and size guidelines listed in the above description. All hung art must be no bigger than 20"x24" including frame and ready to hang using wire. All sculpture/3D art must not exceed 20"x24" and be stable sitting on a flat surface or ready to hang using wire. *
What are the dimensions of the piece you are submitting? *
Delivery of works: Artwork must be hand delivered to ArtLink Studio located at 98 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN. 37040 ON Thursday September 26th between the hours of 2pm- 8pm *
Return of works: Pick up art that has not sold night of the Gala Oct 3rd at 9pm. Artwork Not taken Night of the Gala must be picked up from ArtLink Studio on Oct 12th between 2-8pm. All works not picked up are considered donations and will become the property of ArtLink. Email for any specific needs or details. *
Entry fee: Upon submission you will be emailed a link to pay your entry fee to the address provided above. Your submission is not complete until the entry fee is paid. Please be sure to enter your correct email address. *
Notification of Accepted : Artists will be contacted through email by Sunday, September 1, 2024  with notice of acceptance. *
ENTRY DEADLINE: SEPT 1, 2024 - All entries are non- refundable and non-transferable. All entries must be submitted by the deadline. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. *
I understand that ArtLink will not be held liable for any loss or damages to artwork for the duration of the show. *
I have read all the above information carefully and am of sound mind. I understand all the rules and guidelines for submission to the 2024 ArtLink Art Gala. *

Applications fee is $25 non refundable. Upon completion you will be entered into the running and emailed next steps shortly.
