Located in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains, Topanga Canyon is the gem of Los Angeles and Reggae On The Mountain is the perfect event to bring in a broad, family friendly audience.

The Topanga Canyon venue and experience is tailored to be high end & unique. We will have very limited vendor capacity in order to achieve great numbers for you and an amazing experience for all!
Food vending will located on the field.

APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN NOW & UNTIL June 1st 2025 *or until spaces sell out
INSURANCE AND SELLERS PERMIT:
You will need to have the following documents after acceptance at payment-
1. a pdf of your CA seller's permit and
2. a pdf of your Certificate of Commercial General Liability Insurance. The Commercial General Liability Insurance Certificate should state limits not less than $1,000,000 for Each Occurrence, Personal and Adv Injury Liability & General Aggregate.
**Please add as an additional insured and endorse the certificate to both:

Vendor shall obtain such insurance prior begin of festival. In case your business is not covered by a Commercial General Liability Insurance, there are several options online for event insurance coverage. If you have questions or need help with this requirement, please contact us.

The deadline for applications and all certificates of insurance is
June 1st 2025.
Load In: July 25th (7:30am to 4:00pm) Move In Instructions will be sent in July. NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING ONSITE.
Event Day: July 26th 2025 11am-8pm
Load Out: July 25th. Directly after the festival. Nothing may be left overnight.
No overnight camping, No trucks may be left overnight. No outside alcohol. No glass. No weapons. No dogs/pets. .
Passes and Parking:
-You will receive 4 passes. All individuals must have wristbands on at all times. Additional wristbands must be purchased. No onsite parking available. All employees must park on Topanga Cyn Blvd.
THIS IS AN APPLICATION, NOT AN AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE YET. We will review all applications.
Once you are accepted, you will be sent a credit card authorization form. Please return via email. Please submit all paperwork, such as insurance documents and sellers permit via email. Your space is not confirmed until these documents are received. Only after all fees are collected are you a confirmed food vendor for Reggae On The Mountain.
