Infant (NB-23 months)                  $260/week

Toddler(2yr-47mths)                    $240/week

Pre-K(4yrs-59mths)                      $185/week

Drop-in any age                               $50/day

Before school care               $65/week

After school care                             $80/week

Before/After school care              $130/week

Transportation BA student          $60/week

Transportation non-BA student $95/week

Summer Care (5yrs-12yrs )         $175/week



Your specific rates will be outlined in your Contract and Rate Agreement. Payment is to be received by the center each Thursday  by 5:00pm on the week prior to care in order for child care services to be rendered, unless prior arrangements are agreed upon and signed off by the director. Without prior agreement, there will be a $15/day late charge for each day the payment is late.

 

Payment will be accepted in cash or through the Brightwheel  app.

 

Once you have contracted childcare services from Butterfly Academy Early Learning Center a space has been reserved for your child that cannot be filled on a short-term basis. Parents are required to pay the full fee weekly whether or not your child is in attendance. This will ensure that your child’s spot is held at our daycare.

 

I will review fees on an annual basis. There will be a fair price increase annually.
