2025 Sign Up - Weekly Summer Meals for Kids
Again this summer, Frankfort Independent Schools Food Service is offering pick ups of a whole week of breakfasts and lunches for all children 18 years old and under. This year, we are excited to be one of the districts participating 2025 Summer Boost: Reading and Mathematics Program . More information for Summer Boost will be sent to family's participating in summer meals.  Meal pick ups will be at Frankfort High School (328 Shelby Street, Frankfort, KY 40601) on the following  Wednesday afternoons from 3:15 PM - 5:15 PM: 
June 11, June 18, June 25, July 2, July 9 and July 16.

Summer meals are available to all children 18 and under (they do not need to be enrolled at Frankfort Independent). Meals include fresh fruits and veggies (some from local farmers), ready-to-eat breakfast and lunch items, milk, juice, and more. Children do not need to be present when you pick up meals.

Each child can receive one breakfast and one lunch per day and can only receive food from one Summer Food Service sponsor at a time.  If a child is attending a camp or other activity that is serving breakfast and lunch through the Summer Food Service Program, then they cannot also pick up a week of meals that week.
