We krijgen regelmatig vragen over verhuur van onze ruimte, daarom deze infofiche. Door het verzamelen van onderstaande info kunnen we snel een concreet antwoord geven op uw vraag. We kunnen ook enkel reageren op concrete vragen, dus probeer indien mogelijk onze ruimtes op voorhand te bezoeken tijdens onze reguliere openingsuren (do-vr 13-19u en za-zo 11-18u). Opgelet, deze openingsuren gelden niet voor de Refter.

We regularly receive inquiries about renting out our space hence this information sheet. By filling in the information below, we can give concrete answers to your questions. We can only respond to specific inquiries, so if possible, try to visit our spaces beforehand during our regular opening hours (Thu-Fri 1-7pm and Sat-Sun 11am-6pm). Note: these opening hours don't apply to the Refectory.
Verhuur van de ruimten is geen kerndoelstelling in onze werkingen, noch bij Kunsthal Extra City, noch bij MORPHO. We bieden de mogelijkheid wél, opdat er verder kan geïnvesteerd worden in onze kerntaken: het ondersteunen van kunstenaars in hun loopbaan. We behouden ons echter de mogelijkheid voor om aanvragen te weigeren wanneer andere prioriteiten bovendrijven.

The rental of our spaces is no core objective in our organisations, not for Kunsthal Extra City, nor for MORPHO. We do offer the possibility so that we can invest further in our core activities: supporting artists in their careers. However, we reserve the right to refuse rental applications when our teams have other priorities.
