An open house is an event held at the property where prospective buyers & real estate agents can walk in to view the property. It is open for all kept on Sunday between 11 am to 6 pm. Our sales associate will be present during the open house to assist with inquiries. The property is prepped a day in advance. There are light snacks & beverages served. This is a successful practice to attract genuine buyers.
