  • Teams of 4 to 6 people will compete during the Team Round at LMO.
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Please have one member of your team fill out this form accurately.
  • Ensure that all participants have filled out the individual participant registration form linked at the bottom.
  • When filling out this form, please use the full names of participants that were entered in the individual participant registration. Enter names in this format (without the parentheses): (First Last)
NOT ENOUGH MEMBERS/CAN'T FIND A TEAM?
  • If you have a team that does not have enough students (e.g., you only have 2 or 3 students), please enter "N/A" for any missing team members. We will try to assign people onto your team.
  • If you cannot find a team at all, do not fill out this form and instead select that you don't have a team on the individual sign-up form. We will assign you to a team that has open spots.
  • You may look for teammates online LMO discord server under the channel, "finding-a-team."
