-- A signed BC Ringette Coaches Code of Conduct
- A practice plan you have written in the past three years appropriate for the division you are applying for. 
- Contact information for a minimum of two references: One of which should be able a parent/athlete.(Alternatively, letters of reference sent to the kraadmin@shaw.ca with your name in the subject line will be acceptable--e.g. Mary Carpenter--U14 Club Coach reference)
