Price: $50 per skeleton. Pick-up at the Senior Center, Monday, October 6, 6:30 PM.
Display Day: Friday, Oct 24 by 3 PM (must be outside and visible from the street).
Winners announced: Saturday, Oct 25 at Halloween Town (Downtown Russell) and on the Wander Russell Facebook page.
Family-friendly content only. Decorations must be safe, secure, and not block sidewalks, driveways, or public rights-of-way. Each adoption = one contest entry.

Theme: Family-friendly (spooky, funny, glamorous, or outrageous is fine).

Placement: Displayed outside and visible from the street on Oct 24 by 3pm.

Judging: A community panel will decide winners.

One Entry per Skeleton: Each adoption = one contest entry.

Safety First: Decorations will be safe, secure, and not block sidewalks, driveways, or public rights-of-way.

Good Sportsmanship: Community celebration—no bone-to-bone rivalries.
