Hi there! Got some stuff collecting dust that you'd like to sell and see go to a good home? You've got the right form!

This form is for individual community members selling their own personal items at Dharma's Community Garage Sale who are not participating as licensed vendors. If you have a City of Largo Business Tax Receipt and an active Florida Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax, please use our separate Licensed Vendor Registration Form instead.

To keep things simple and properly account for event sales, purchases from Individual Sellers will be processed through Dharma's register.

We'll provide carbon-copy sales invoices for you to use throughout the event. When you make a sale, you'll fill out an invoice with the item(s), price, and your assigned Seller ID. The customer will bring the invoice to Dharma's counter, pay for their purchase, and then return to you with the paid invoice to collect their items.

Dharma will keep a record of each transaction and invoice number, and you'll keep your copies so we can cross-check our records at the end of the event.

At the end of the event, we'll reconcile your sales and distribute your Vendor Proceeds to you. Applicable sales tax will be charged to customers separately and handled by Dharma.

Cash and eligible card payments will be accepted. Dharma does not take a commission on your sales. You receive the full listed price of your merchandise when a customer pays with cash. For card purchases, only the applicable processing fee is deducted from your Vendor Proceeds to offset the cost Dharma incurs for processing the transaction.

The Vendor Fee reserves your space at the event.

50% of each Vendor Fee will be donated to charity, and 50% will be retained by Dharma to help cover event staffing, supplies, and administrative expenses.

Vendor Fees must be paid by the day of the event to secure your space. Spaces that have not been paid for by the deadline may be released to the next person on the waiting list.

Vendor Fees are non-refundable.
