Generational differences towards leadership questionnaire
You are being invited to participate in research study titled "A study into whether the way leadership is viewed varies across the generation groups Baby Boomers, Generation X and Generation Y and between genders". This study is being researched by Georgia Morrison from the University of Winchester.

The purpose of this study is to see if the way that a successful leader is viewed and the traits are believed to be a part of being a successful leader, varies between generation groups and genders.
This questionnaire will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary, you have the right to withdraw at any point and stop answering the questions at any time you choose, you also have complete anonymity throughout the entire study. If you wish you can contact myself at any point with any questions and concerns in regards to the study or to ask for your information to be removed at any point until the point of submission on April 16th.
