Please Choose Your Course Dates
Would you like to bring your dog with you to class? If yes, what is your dog's name/age/breed? *
**Please note there is a maximum number of dogs allowed per course, and will be accepted in order of registration. If we cannot accommodate your dog's registration, we will notify you prior to your course dates. You are fully responsible for your dog and any actions they may take for the duration of the course. You are responsible for any damages or injuries to another person, animal, or object. Your dog must be housetrained, well-mannered, relatively calm and quiet when required. Your dog must be social with other dogs and people, as they may be handled by others during class demos. We reserve the right to send any dog home if he/she is felt to be disruptive or unsuitable for the class. First Aid is covered for cats, however, due to the environment, we regret that cats are unable to attend, as it can be distracting and disruptive for the dogs.
