Only foster or adoptive parents who are residents of Cobb County, Georgia, are eligible for membership.  At this time there is no cost to become a member and membership must be renewed yearly.  Please complete the information on this form to opt-in as a member of the Cobb County Foster Adoptive Parent Association.  As a member, you will have voting rights for Association business and other perks throughout the year.  This is important because this is your Association.
