Intro to Mindfulness Course Interest Form
I'm so happy you are here! This introductory survey will give me an idea as to who is interested, what your experience with meditation is, and which class times would be possible for you to attend. It's preferable if you can make it to all six 90 minute sessions between the weeks of April 18 to May 23. The times below are ones that work with my schedule. If you have an alternate time that would work better for you, include it in the comments section. I may not be able to accomodate you for this session but may be able to make it work at a later date! The course will be offered in a combined online and in person session. Online spots are reserved for people who live outside of the South Bay/ Peninsula area. If you would like to attend online and live in the South Bay / Peninsula area, please provide details.
