What makes Spirit of the Game Foundation unique?
Or in other words, why should you choose to invest your time with us?

1) Hybrid Approaches
The first thing which makes SotG unique is our hybrid approach to solving major societal dysfunctions; an approach which blends together non-profit, for-profit, think tank, advocacy, and social movement techniques, applying the solution which works best for each challenge.
2) Customized Solutions
Unlike many Int'l NGOs and most established institutions, we do not believe in a "one size fits all" approach, and we also don't pretend that we know everything or that our expertise means that we are the sole arbiters of "best practices".
3) Cures, Not Treatments
In many cases we believe that the best practice is yet to be found, because if it had been found, the problem would have been solved, not just treated. But the truly unfortunate reality of the non-profit world is that most funding sources are far more interested in treatments (which yield short term Emotional ROI) than they are in cures, because cures take a long time, a lot of trial and error, and usually all stakeholders working together, rather than each on it's own agenda
4) Redefining Stakeholder
It's great that our world has finally woken up to the fact that almost every problem affects a lot of other groups, but that's just the starting point. The reality is that almost every major societal dysfunction affects the whole planet. So our definition of stakeholder is Everybody. And what this means is that a siloed approach isn't going to work; true solutions (cures) require a deliberate process which addresses most major sectors of society

And that is why SotG works in so many different fields. The great news for you is that since SotG has such a very broad platform, you'll have the opportunity to work both in the areas where you already have expertise AND learn new skills or work in a field you are passionate about, but don't have the "credentials" to make a meaningful Impact on your own.

If you are looking for a simple, stable organization where not much changes, then this probably isn't the right fit for you. We're looking for people who realize that the status quo sucks for a large % of the world's population, and who realize that it will require a lot of people being creative and putting in many hours of hard work to make lasting changes. 3) NGO support and networking - We help NGOs become more efficient and more creative with their revenue streams. We are establishing a global network of partner NGOs at the National and City level to help solve societal issues through the lens of Personal Accountability
4) Global Social Movement - based on the world's first "crowd-sourced life philosophy which brings together people from all nations, belief systems, ethnicities, and socio-economic strata, all working together to live life according to a "new definition of winning"
5) Impact Business Coalition - SotG branded businesses, starting with several service providers for businesses, expanding eventually into real estate, financials, insurance, food, and consumer goods
