Registration form for 2026 EPHS Performance Team Clinics and Tryout  

Registration is open to all current 8th - 11th grade students.  

Info Meeting and Clinics are not required, but highly recommended.

2026 CLINIC AND TRYOUT SCHEDULE
  • Clinic #1 Monday, May 18th 4:30p-7:00p
  • Clinic #2 Tuesday, May 19th 4:30p-7:00p
  • Tryout Wednesday, May 20th 4:30p-7:00p
If you are unable to attend clinics and/or tryout, you may request to audition by video. 
All video audition submissions are due by Monday, May 18, 2026 for consideration.

Results will be announced via email on Thursday, May 21, 2026.  All results are final.

NOTE: Returning Team Members (Vets) - Team Crew Neck Sweatshirt, T-shirt, Tanks and Lululemon leggings are the same as last season.  If you need to re-order select your size OR select "I already own this item"

ATHLETE: I understand that I must register with the EPHS Athletic Department through MyPaymentsPlus prior to the start of clinics/tryout.

ATHLETE:  I, the athlete, if selected, will commit to and understand the responsibilities of the EPHS Performance Team, and I will take my place to fulfill the responsibilities of the program.
