Use the form below to tell us who you are, how many writers are coming with your group, and any specific needs of your group so that Festival organizers can make appropriate arrangements. A representative from the publisher or press, or a designated coordinator/leader is required in order for your group to be given a venue for one of the reading time slots.
The Group Representative essentially becomes the face of the Festival for that venue and time, and agrees to be the point person and host of the venue. In order for your reading to run smoothly there are a number of responsibilities that the host agrees to fulfill:* welcome the audience * thank the venue* introduce the group and writers* keep start and end time neatly in sync with Festival schedule* encourage audience to visit other venues as well* give out program books
** The Group Representative/Coordinator receives a complimentary Festival Button which gives access to all 4 days of GFWF events. Please advise all other attending members to each also fill out a registration form in order to get festival buttons.
** Schools and other organizations, please be in touch with Festival organizers as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements.
** Whenever possible the Festival will provide an usher assigned to the venue to assist with admission, seating, and general Festival information.
All venues are open to the public but audience members with Festival buttons are given priority admission.
