Transportation Grant Application
To The Rescue HOPE Foundation is pleased to offer funding for transportation to individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Iowa resident
2. Low income
3. Demonstrated need
4. No other funding sources available

Due to limited funding, transportation requests are intended for emergency, one time, short term use and/or stop gap use.  Rrequests for continuing transportation needs will not be approved at this time. 

The To The Rescue HOPE Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny all funding requests.  Not all requests will be funded.  Grant eligibility will end when funding has been exhausted.
